4. You will receive an order confirmation from Weilaiya Malaysia website

Currently, stripe will be our payment gateway that accepts payment via credit card / debit card only. We are still in the midst of applying online banking transfers & e-wallet.

Your orders will be packed & arranged for delivering within 2 business days after payment has been received.
Any order placed on Friday will only be shipped on the following Monday.

You may request for a refund within five (5) working days from the date you received the products. Unfortunately we do not provide any cancellation for your order. Please ensure you check your final order confirmation before making online payment through Weilaiya website. We will send you the tracking number by email (If no, please refer to your Junk Mail) after we shipped your order. You can track your order from relevant courier company websites ; Poslaju or Citylink.
