How do I register on the website?
Click on the Register button on the top right corner of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form.

Forgot my password?
Click on the Forgot Your Password link in the Sign In page. You will be directed to the password retrieval page. Enter your e-mail address and we will immediately send a temporary password to you. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password immediately.

How do I change my contact or address details?
You can go to My Account >  Dashboard page and change your details here.

1. Choose the product you want and proceed to Checkout

2. At Checkout, enter your delivery information and choose your payment method

3. Place your order

4. You will receive an order confirmation from Weilaiya Malaysia website

Currently, stripe will be our payment gateway that accepts payment via credit card / debit card only. We are still in the midst of applying online banking transfers & e-wallet.

Your orders will be packed & arranged for delivering within 2 business days after payment has been received.
Any order placed on Friday will only be shipped on the following Monday.

You may request for a refund within five (5) working days from the date you received the products. Just contact our helpful Customer Service team by phone +6012-4223995 ; +6017-5575551 or email weilaiya.chanceteam@gmail.com, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 9.00am – 5.00pm for assistance.

Unfortunately we do not provide any cancellation for your order. Please ensure you check your final order confirmation before making online payment through Weilaiya website. If you would like to do any changes to your order, kindly contact us via email weilaiya.chanceteam@gmail.com or call +6012-4223995 ; +6017-5575551.

We will send you the tracking number by email (If no, please refer to your Junk Mail) after we shipped your order. You can track your order from relevant courier company websites ; Poslaju or Citylink.
